Vibe Cycle Update....
Yes the year has finally started and all is back on track, can I get an AMEN for that?......
Big Brother is rocking and we are all watching it....well most of us are anyways hah.
Let me start by saying Bob Bettons UF Dance Event in Mid Wales was a really cool weekender. Salsa and Fitness at its Best. Big up all the Ireland posse who were there in force. Adell and her Crew were charged and ful of fun and energy as usual. If you don't know those guys well you need to. The girls and guys from Ireland ROCK!! They love to party and they Love their Fitness. UF Dance are lucky to have such motivated and dedicated lovers of fitness and fun on board. I have come over to Ireland and catch up with you guys soon.
The Vibe Cycle Team of Bella Higgins, Lisa Cuerden and Myself delivered flawless sessions as usual and all who attended them, knew that too. We had a blast.
A very big special shout out to the Newest member of the Vibe Team Jo Dandridge. Jo actually performed an Amazing POLE Fitness show on the Saturday night. If you didn't know Jo is a Pole Dance/Fitness Expert and all at UF Dance saw it firsthand. I must honestly say her performance was AWESOME.
Jo (Pole Queen) Dandridge will be appearing at the 3ness Event in February (www.3ness.com) UF Dance Weekender www.ufdance.co,) in May and also at the Magnificent Bognor Regis Rip Fitness Event in September (www.ripfitness.com) If you log onto any of these absolutely amazing Events you will see for yourself.
