Since the dawn of indoor cycling, it has gone from strength to strength. Right now it is one of the most popular forms of Group Exercise classes in the UK. Even with its popular status, the usual questions are still asked today.

VIBE CYCLEis riding a re-enforced, sturdy, stationary bike with a fixed wheel. We use the resistance lever to add and reduce the intensity and terrain of the ride. It takes place in a dance studio or room in a Group/Class environment and utilises the 3 basic aspects:
• Upbeat/motivating instructor
• Great fun and motivating music
• Cycle to the rhythm
