Vibe Stride Roadshow is going to Cardiff at the lovely David Lloyd Health Club on 6th March then on to Birmingham David Lloyd in Barr on the 12th. I would encourage instructors to go and have a peek and try of this excellent concept as it's going to be very popular very soon!
